The Schiffli lies at anchor where the cobblestones tell stories and every window offers its own little stage. Just a few steps and you’re on the promenade of Lake Zurich, strolling through quiet alleyways or simply letting yourself drift - like a boat in a calm harbor.

Rapperswil, affectionately known as “Rappi” by locals, is a place where it’s hard to decide where to go first. From Lindenhügel, you’re treated to an unparalleled view over Lake Zurich, and before heading to the St. Galler Kantonalbank Arena for a home game of the SCRJ Lakers, you might want to stop by at dieci for a cozy dinner. In that spirit: Buon appetito!
The lake of Zurich - with its numerous lakeside spots and public bathing areas, invites visitors to sunbathe and relax. On a boat trip from Rapperswil to Zürich, the beauty of the banana-shaped lake can best be explored.
For all those who want to reach new heights and keep an overview of the lake from the command bridge. The most beautiful view can be admired here.
Not without reason is Rapperswil-Jona affectionately called the “City of Roses” by the locals. Each year, the gardens create an explosion of color and give the town a Mediterranean flair.
The over 800-meter-long wooden footbridge stretches across the water like a historic structure from Rapperswil-Jona to Hurden. Perfect for a romantic evening stroll or for those “That wasn’t as far as I thought” moments...
The SCRJ Lakers play in Switzerland’s top ice hockey league. Their home arena, the SGKB Arena, is just a few minutes’ walk from the Schiffli and impresses with its amazing atmosphere and passionate fans. It’s also suitable for newcomers to the game with the hard rubber puck.
